Job Description

Spring & Bond is a dynamic digital media agency specializing in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers' marketing strategies. As an Associate BI Developer, you'll be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights that drive marketing strategy and business growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to work with cutting-edge data technologies like Snowflake Data Warehouse while serving innovative pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.

The position combines technical expertise in SQL and data analysis with business impact, as you'll be responsible for developing queries, analyzing datasets, and supporting data-driven storytelling. Working in a remote-first environment, you'll collaborate with data engineers, BI analysts, and strategists to ensure data pipelines meet business needs. The role offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, and parental leave.

What makes this role particularly attractive is the opportunity to work with a woman-owned business that values diversity and inclusion. The company emphasizes professional growth, providing structured projects with senior mentorship to build both technical and domain knowledge. While the role requires strong SQL skills and preferably Python or R knowledge, Spring & Bond welcomes candidates who might not match all qualifications but bring valuable perspectives to the team.

The compensation range of $62,000-$85,000 reflects the company's commitment to competitive pay, while the remote work environment offers flexibility and work-life balance. This position is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare analytics who wants to make a meaningful impact while developing their career in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
