Responsibilities For Systems Engineer
- Design, deploy, and manage system architectures to support business operations
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
- Collaborate with software developers and network engineers to integrate technology solutions
- Perform regular system updates and patches, ensuring compliance with best practices
- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations for ongoing support and training
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients
- Participate in on-call support rotation as needed
Requirements For Systems Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related role
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and application deployment
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and virtualization technologies
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect are desirable
