Job Description

State Street is seeking an eFX Developer to join their eTrading Development Team. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining applications for FX electronic trading, sales trading, risk management, and agency trading. The position requires expertise in Java programming with a focus on low latency, high throughput systems in a financial context.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen, working directly with stakeholders across different time zones. Key technical areas include market adapters (EBS, MAPI, Currenex), messaging frameworks (JMS, MQ, Tibco), Linux/Bash scripting, FIX protocol, and relational databases.
