Responsibilities For Senior Backend Engineer (AI Powered)
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems using Ruby on Rails
- Optimize APIs, data models, and queries using PostgreSQL
- Develop and maintain data workflows across databases to support AI-driven features
- Integrate AI-powered services and features
- Implement automated testing and continuous improvement practices
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve backend systems
Requirements For Senior Backend Engineer (AI Powered)
- 7+ years of relevant backend engineering experience
- 3+ years in Ruby on Rails preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong experience with backend frameworks (Ruby on Rails preferred)
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases
- Experience with automated testing frameworks
- Solid understanding of design patterns, OOP, algorithms, and data structures
- Knowledge of Redis, Sidekiq, Memcached
- Experience with RESTful services and microservices
- Proficiency with Git and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
