The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Robotic Automation developer who combines technical expertise with innovative thinking. You'll work in an agile environment, collaborating with operations teams to design and implement automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The role involves creating, testing, and deploying Pega Robotics solutions, participating in agile ceremonies, and mentoring team members on RPA best practices.

Key technologies include Pega Robotics, Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, Access, and Excel, with exposure to Gen AI and LLM components. The position requires experience with Robotic Automation tools, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. For the Montreal location, bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
