Founding Engineer (Full-Stack/Backend)

As a Founding Engineer joining our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping both our product and our company's future. You'll work directly with our founding team (ex-McKinsey, ex-Amazon) to build sophisticated AI-driven systems that solve real healthcare industry challenges.

Our technical stack is modern and robust, including:

• Languages/Frameworks: Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React
• Voice Tech: Vapi, LiveKit, Deepgram
• Infrastructure: AWS
• AI: GPT, Claude, Gemini, RAG
• Deployment: Cloud, hybrid, and fully on-prem solutions

You'll be working on challenging technical problems including:

• Building scalable AI-driven voice and chat systems
• Implementing secure integrations for enterprise clients
• Optimizing low-latency real-time audio processing
• Ensuring compliance and privacy in healthcare communications
• Managing large-scale deployments across various environments
