Forward Deployed Engineer

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll help transform how our customers make critical business decisions by onboarding them onto Taktile and ensuring they get real value from our platform. You'll apply your problem-solving skills, creativity, and technical expertise to help organizations address real-world challenges, design solution architectures, develop decision logic and AI agents, and align with key customer stakeholders.

You'll work with a global team based in Berlin, London and New York City, backed by Y Combinator, Index Ventures, Tiger Global and stellar angels. The role offers opportunities to partner with Taktile's product management team to influence product roadmap and develop reusable resources and best practices.

The ideal candidate has strong technical background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science, with excellent knowledge of Python, SQL, and REST APIs. You should be customer-centric, collaborative, and able to build strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
