Description For Lead Solution Engineer

Taktile is revolutionizing automated decision-making in the financial services industry, processing over 1 million critical business decisions daily. As a Lead Solution Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of transforming customer decisioning infrastructure, working directly with both technical and business stakeholders. The role combines technical expertise in Python and REST APIs with strong customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities For Lead Solution Engineer

  • Discover and translate customer's strategic priorities into high impact use cases
  • Build demos and support sales team in building business cases
  • Design and scope proof of value projects
  • Lead proof-of-value projects and communicate value opportunity to C-level executives
  • Onboard and work with customer teams to solve real-world problems
  • Work with product management to translate customer problems into product insights
  • Create re-usable collateral, best practices & tools
  • Lead discovery for new use cases and implement them on the platform

Requirements For Lead Solution Engineer

Python
  • Strong customer relationship building skills across different seniority levels
  • Experience working with Python and customers
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Understanding of REST APIs
  • Experience in applying and optimizing statistical and machine learning models
  • Project management skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Solution Engineering or Technical Customer Success
