Talentsis is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer for a permanent position in Singapore. Responsibilities For Infrastructure Engineer
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's infrastructure systems including servers, networks, and storage solutions
- Monitor performance and reliability of infrastructure components to ensure optimal operation
- Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver infrastructure requirements
- Develop and enforce policies regarding system security, backup, and disaster recovery
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose infrastructure enhancements
- Document infrastructure designs, configurations, and operational processes
Requirements For Infrastructure Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or a similar role
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS, Azure)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and efficiency
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly regarded
