Responsibilities For Lead Developer - Workday Configurations

  • Design, develop, test, and implement HR technology solutions
  • Partner with business stakeholders to determine technical solutions
  • Perform hands on development of Workday configurations
  • Design and develop practical EIBs and abstractions
  • Provide production support for existing configurations
  • Lead peer reviews and provide feedback
  • Create software engineering strategies
  • Serve as technical subject matter expert
  • Oversee configuration development work of 3rd parties
  • Mentor junior developers
  • Document and communicate development status

Requirements For Lead Developer - Workday Configurations

JavaScript
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering
  • 5+ years of hands on programming experience with Workday configuration tools (Studio, EIB)
  • 5+ years of XML, XSLT, xPath experience
  • 3+ years of advanced report building in Workday
  • 2 years of experience building BIRT reports using Workday Studio
  • Experience with Prism data sources in Workday
  • Experience building Workday Extend applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in working on Agile teams
  • Experience using agile tracking and process management tools
