Senior Software Engineer (Agentic Systems)

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Agentic Systems to drive technical development of our CVI product. This role focuses on enhancing our Replicas with advanced agentic capabilities, requiring expertise in Python and open-source agent frameworks. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing new features like RAG, Memories, MCP, and async task management systems.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in building production-grade LLM-based agentic systems and thrives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable taking ownership of technical decisions, directing projects, and communicating complex concepts clearly to team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading development of new agentic systems and features
• Collaborating with Research and CVI teams to shape user interaction systems
• Contributing across the full product stack, including research
• Ensuring system observability and reliability

Technical requirements include:

• Strong Python proficiency and knowledge of agent frameworks
• Experience with complex LLM-based systems
• Ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies
• Senior-level system architecture and design skills

Additional valuable experience includes GPU management, low-level systems work, and familiarity with decentralized systems.
