Responsibilities For Senior ServiceNow Developer
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Mentor and guide junior developers
- Develop and maintain custom applications, integrations, workflows, and dashboards
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Analyze and resolve technical issues
- Contribute to platform roadmap planning
- Development and enhancement of the Employee Center
- Review and improve service categorization
- Refine forms design and usability
- Streamline service request workflows
Requirements For Senior ServiceNow Developer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow API
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow using REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) Required
- Experience with ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
