The job

TeamOut is the first platform to offer easy-to-book venues and itineraries for team retreats. Managers spend months planning for a retreat. We help them do it in just a few days. How? We are building the biggest database of business ready accommodations / activities for large groups with instant booking.

We are looking for a full-stack developer to help us build and scale the online platform to become the leading business travel hub. We provide companies with an interface to easily manage venue bookings, and flight cost estimation.

You'll be responsible for taking features from design complete to production as we iterate and continue to build out our product roadmap. You'll also be heavily involved in helping make critical design decisions as we scale our back of house operational systems to enable our team to handle thousands of retreats.

MUST HAVE

• 2+ years experience as software developer or similar role
• Proficiency in web and/or mobile app development
• You are eager to continuously learn and use modern web technologies.
• Experience with React, and the ability to quickly ramp up on our frontend
• Proficiency in Node.js with the ability to quickly ramp up on our backend
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• You like the principles of clean code, hexagonal architecture, sharing knowledge, learning new methods and working in a team.

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior product or design experience
• Familiar with Docker Container or Tailwind UI
• Experience in a travel related company
• Prior experience at a startup or early stage company
