Software Developer in Test

Tecsys Inc. is seeking a Software Developer in Test to join their team in Bengaluru, India in a hybrid work arrangement. This role focuses on quality assurance and test automation, requiring expertise in both performance testing and UI automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing of REST/SOAP APIs, and Playwright for end-to-end UI testing across multiple browsers. The position involves working with various testing tools including SoapUI, Postman, Pytest, Appium, Cypress, Selenium, and Katalon.

The role combines technical expertise in test automation with a focus on ensuring software quality through comprehensive testing strategies. You'll be responsible for creating and executing test plans, performing API testing, conducting performance assessments, and maintaining automated test suites.
