Tek Spikes is seeking a Senior React Native Developer with extensive iOS mobile development experience for their enterprise mobile application team in Minneapolis, MN. This role requires a seasoned professional with 12+ years of software development experience and at least 4 years of React Native expertise. The ideal candidate will lead architecture and development of iOS applications, mentor junior developers, and work with cross-functional teams. The position demands strong proficiency in iOS native development, mobile architecture, and modern front-end patterns. This is a W2 contract position with possible H1B transfer opportunities (no new H1B, GC, or C2C). Responsibilities For Senior React Native Developer (iOS Mobile Focus)
- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of iOS mobile applications using React Native
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers
- Bridge native iOS components into the React Native ecosystem using Swift/Objective-C
- Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Handle deployment and versioning via the Apple App Store
- Provide mentorship to junior developers
- Enforce best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation
- Troubleshoot issues, conduct code reviews, and implement application enhancements
Requirements For Senior React Native Developer (iOS Mobile Focus)
- 12+ years of overall software development experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native
- Strong proficiency in iOS native development using Swift and/or Objective-C
- Deep understanding of mobile application architecture
- Strong knowledge of Redux/MobX, TypeScript, and modern front-end patterns
- Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodology, and JIRA
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Must be willing to work on W2
