Responsibilities For Systems Design/Architecture Engineer

  • Interface with customers to understand system needs and requirements
  • Work with production to assess and provide testing information
  • Take new product ideas from concept to written definition
  • Assess and negotiate product development tradeoffs
  • Develop and execute system level verification plans
  • Resolve customer application problems
  • Analyze technology trends and market demand
  • Develop system demonstration boards
  • Interface with production and marketing staff
  • Maintain knowledge of new technologies

Requirements For Systems Design/Architecture Engineer

  • Master's degree (MSEE) preferred with 8+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong background in analog/mixed signal product development
  • Experience in A&D Segment
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Working knowledge with Optical semiconductor product development
  • Knowledge of Optical isolators, Transmissions/Communications, and Optical Couplers
  • Familiarity with Military/DoD programs
  • US citizenship (preferred)
  • Fluency in English
  • Valid US passport
  • Ability to travel (10% of time)
