As a Software Engineer in the Edge Workflows team, you'll play a crucial role in the Genomics business by building integration capabilities with EMR systems and reference labs. You'll work in small, autonomous teams comprising developers, designers, scientists, and product managers, where you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in cancer research and treatment.

The role focuses on developing cloud-native applications and services that enable automated integration capabilities with healthcare partners. Responsibilities For Software Engineer, Edge Workflows

  • Provide support and input into the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Edge Workflows software
  • Build next-generation healthcare data ingestion platforms and tools in Python
  • Build resilient data pipelines that integrate with Electronic Medical Record systems
  • Develop robust software build and deployment pipelines using cloud native technologies
  • Collaborate with team and build testing infrastructure to reliably test the data pipelines

Requirements For Software Engineer, Edge Workflows
