We're seeking a Hardware Engineer III to lead development on our flagship automotive IoT platform. The position requires expertise in cellular/GNSS module integration, mixed-signal design, and high-speed interfaces. You'll also serve as a technical leader, mentoring junior engineers and establishing best practices for the team.

Responsibilities For Hardware Engineer III, Embedded Systems
- Architect and design ECAD and MCAD solutions according to customers' needs
- Design multilayer PCBs with high-speed digital, analog, and RF components
- Validate designs through schematic review, layout verification, and lab bring-up
- Collaborate with mechanical and industrial product teams to ensure environmental robustness
- Design and support custom test fixtures for board-level and system-level validation
- Serve as a Tier 3 technical resource for diagnosing and resolving field issues
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices
Requirements For Hardware Engineer III, Embedded Systems
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
- 6+ years of experience in hardware design and development
- Expertise in cellular/gnss module integration, mixed-signal design and power supply architecture
- Strong experience with lab debugging
- Track record of shipping hardware in rugged environments
- Proficiency with Altium Designer or similar EDA tools
- Knowledge with SolidWorks or similar MCAD tools
- Strong organizational and planning skills
