Description For Sr. EEE Components/PM&P Engineer

As a Sr. EEE/PM&P Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of satellite systems through careful component selection, analysis, and quality control. You'll work directly with the Engineering EEE Parts Manager and report to the Mission Assurance Director.

Key responsibilities include evaluating EEE and PM&P contract requirements, conducting reliability analysis, managing the Counterfeit Parts Prevention Program, and serving as the primary interface with customers on parts, materials, and process requirements. You'll use advanced software tools like Sherlock to simulate PCBA stresses and provide corrective design solutions.

Responsibilities For Sr. EEE Components/PM&P Engineer

  • Work collaboratively with Engineering EEE Parts Manager on parts selection
  • Evaluate EEE and PM&P contract requirements
  • Serve as prime interface with customers on parts, materials, and process requirements
  • Support reliability risk mitigation
  • Use reliability analysis and software tools to assess PM&P-related risks
  • Coordinate and perform EEE parts/PM&P root cause failure analysis
  • Generate failure reports and recommend corrective actions
  • Manage the PM&P program and Control Plan
  • Manage Counterfeit Parts Prevention Program

Requirements For Sr. EEE Components/PM&P Engineer

  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years relevant electrical engineering experience in aerospace
  • Experience with EEE parts engineering
  • Knowledge of EEE/PM&P military and industry standards
  • Experience in failure analysis and root cause analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to obtain security clearance
  • Must be U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual
