Responsibilities For Data Engineer, Analytics, Energy Service Engineering
- Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement robust data analytics solutions
- Lead and execute complex, high-impact analytics projects
- Conduct ad-hoc analytics projects to determine impact of issues or initiatives
- Build and maintain dashboards for Tesla Energy fleet products
- Create visualizations and tools to provide insights and drive action
- Establish and document best practices for dashboard creation and maintenance
- Influence product and cross-functional teams to identify data opportunities
Requirements For Data Engineer, Analytics, Energy Service Engineering
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related quantitative field
- Experience with Tableau, Apache Superset, or Bokeh dashboarding tools
- Expert experience using SQL, Python, Tableau, streamlit
- Experience leading complex business projects
- Experience using Jira, Git, Confluence
- Strong planning, scheduling, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
