Responsibilities For Electrical Field Support Engineer, Test Systems Engineering
- Develop, validate, and integrate end-to-end electrical hardware test solutions
- Lead collaborative troubleshooting efforts with cross-functional teams
- Analyze data, generate reports, and communicate results
- Investigate and document equipment failures (RCA)
- Create validation test plans, procedures, and reports
- Lead validation testing and system integration
- Perform component, board, and system level measurements
- Coordinate equipment upgrades and retrofits across global locations
- Create documentation for test equipment certification, operation, and maintenance
Requirements For Electrical Field Support Engineer, Test Systems Engineering
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3 years of professional experience
- Hands-on hardware design and testing experience in power electronics
- Experience in PCB layout with Altium
- Experience with modeling and circuit simulation tools
- Experience with embedded programming and digital communication protocols
- Strong knowledge of dynos, motors, power systems
- Knowledge of NEC, UL and CE electrical safety requirements
- Experience with laboratory test equipment
