Responsibilities For Program Manager, Vehicle Engineering
- Collect and manage project relevant data for schedules, technical reviews and escalations
- Develop vehicle program schedules based on collected data and company guidelines
- Chair program relevant escalation meetings
- Coordinate and prepare regular executive program update content
- Develop and maintain document control systems
- Enable cross-functional teams in making data driven decisions
- Communicate and guide teams through rapid development cycles
Requirements For Program Manager, Vehicle Engineering
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management or similar preferred
- 2+ years program/project management experience
- Experience in fast paced environment with end-to-end product deployment
- Ability to work with limited resources, independently, tight deadlines
- Experience of program management tool mastery
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent organization and delegation skills
