Responsibilities For Sr. Manufacturing Controls Engineer

  • Project management of external vendors and internal teams
  • Electrical design & drafting meeting industry standards
  • Equipment code programming including PLCs, HMIs, robotics, motion, vision systems
  • Safety assessments and buyoffs meeting industry standards
  • Continuous improvement and equipment troubleshooting
  • Standards document development

Requirements For Sr. Manufacturing Controls Engineer

  • Degree in Engineering and 4+ years of practical experience
  • Experience with electrical design and drafting using EPLAN or AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with NRTL program, NFPA 79, and UL 508A
  • Experience programming with Siemens TIA Portal
  • Experience programming Fanuc robots
  • Experience with production support and continuous improvement
  • Technical writing competency
