Technical Program Manager, New Programs

Tesla's New Programs Engineering team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the development of future vehicle generations. This role is integral to the front-end of vehicle design and development, working in an iterative environment to study, simulate, build, and prove Tesla's innovative vehicles. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with cross-functional teams including Design, Vehicle Engineering, Powertrain Engineering, Firmware, Fabrication, CNC, and Technician teams.

The role demands strong project management skills to oversee prototype vehicle projects from design through build and firmware implementation. You'll be responsible for schedule management, risk assessment, and material coordination while applying first principles approach to problem-solving. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $216,000 annually, plus additional benefits including comprehensive healthcare, 401(k) matching, and stock purchase options.
