Thaloz is seeking a Senior Webflow Developer to support an initiative focused on designing and developing ADA-compliant landing pages for Carnival. This role combines frontend development expertise with a strong focus on accessibility standards. The position requires extensive experience in Webflow development, with the ability to extend functionality using JavaScript and external libraries. The ideal candidate will work on creating reusable, accessible components while maintaining strict ADA compliance standards. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with corporate stakeholders in a regulated industry, focusing on creating accessible, user-friendly web experiences. The role involves close collaboration with design teams and ADA compliance teams, ensuring all deliverables meet WCAG standards and provide an optimal experience for all users, including those using assistive technologies.
Responsibilities For CA - Webflow Developer - 147
- Design and develop custom landing pages using Webflow, based on Figma designs and CMS needs
- Implement and maintain strict ADA compliance standards
- Use JavaScript and external libraries to overcome Webflow's native limitations
- Develop modular, reusable components with accessibility built-in
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Carnival's ADA team to review and resolve accessibility audits
- Integrate CMS functionality and maintain a scalable content structure
- Provide ongoing maintenance and updates based on compliance feedback
Requirements For CA - Webflow Developer - 147
- Proven experience with Webflow development and design
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and browser-based DOM manipulation
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices
- Experience integrating with CMS platforms within Webflow
- Familiarity with tools like Swiper.js or similar libraries
- Ability to interpret and act on ADA audit reports
- Experience building a reusable component library within Webflow (Nice to have)
- Knowledge of building microsites and complex landing page systems (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with embedding accessibility logic into custom Webflow components (Nice to have)
- Background in working with corporate stakeholders in regulated industries (Nice to have)
