DevSecOps Lead Software Engineer

The Boeing Company is seeking a DevSecOps Lead Software Engineer to join their Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Space Mission Systems Software Engineering organization in El Segundo, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge space technology and satellite systems.

The role focuses on leading the development of pipeline infrastructure supporting multiple software engineering teams in their full life-cycle software development. You'll be responsible for DevSecOps activities across various satellite system software teams, working on embedded/real-time satellite flight software, simulation software, databases, cybersecurity, and ground command/control/networking software.

As a DevSecOps Lead, you'll be implementing and improving robust CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated testing, metrics generation, and vulnerability scanning capabilities. The position requires a continuous improvement mindset and strong communication skills, as you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to support program needs.
