Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

The Washington Post's Arc XP team is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join their Revenue Engine team. Arc XP is a powerful, AI-driven digital publishing platform that serves leading media organizations globally, delivering billions of monthly page views across 2,500+ sites. Originally developed for The Washington Post, Arc XP now empowers media businesses worldwide with solutions for editorial efficiency, audience experiences, and content monetization.

The role focuses on architecting and implementing new capabilities within Arc XP's monetization features, working with authentication, entitlements, targeting, and check-out systems. Built on a microservice architecture using AWS, the platform emphasizes quick innovation and market responsiveness. The position requires both technical expertise and leadership skills, as you'll be working on critical features that directly impact client revenue and reader engagement.

As a senior engineer, you'll be responsible for both front-end and back-end services, with a particular focus on backend development.
