Founding Engineer

Throxy is revolutionizing sales automation with vertical-specific AI Sales Agents designed for legacy industries where generic outreach tools fall short. Having achieved >$1M ARR in just six months, they're seeking a Founding Engineer to help scale their success.

The role involves building and scaling AI agents through data ingestion and orchestration, developing end-to-end LLM playbooks for research and multi-channel outreach, creating customer-facing dashboards, and implementing ranking models for a self-improving outreach system. You'll be responsible for maintaining performance and reliability as the customer base grows.

The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js, demonstrate high agency, and be comfortable with rapid iteration and intense on-site work. Experience with big data is a plus. The tech stack includes NextJS, React, Typescript, Tailwind, Firestore, Singlestore, Drizzle, TRPC, TurboRepo, and AWS.
