As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing these innovative financial products, working with a collaborative team of designers, product managers, and fellow engineers. You'll be responsible for building robust and scalable full-stack applications, participating in architectural decisions, and mentoring other team members. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring expertise in backend technologies like Java and Kotlin, along with experience in distributed systems and microservices architecture.
