- Analyze and document client and business requirements
- Collaborate with DBAs, QA engineers, and BAs to ensure smooth project delivery
- Optimize performance in complex backend applications
- Debug and identify issues in AWS cloud environments
- Support the team in transitioning stories from UAT to business-accepted status
- Contribute to deployment processes and ensure production readiness
Requirements For .NET Full Stack Developer TM0004
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET Core
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Motivated, dependable, and a proactive team player with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in .NET Core 2.0 and C#
- Experience working with .NET Framework 4.5 and above
- Solid backend development experience including ASP.NET MVC 5, ASP.NET, and Web API
- Hands-on development experience with ReactJS or any modern JavaScript framework
- Strong understanding of HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS, TypeScript, and jQuery
- Experience with unit testing frameworks like NUnit or xUnit
- Solid understanding of multi-threading and the Task Parallel Library (TPL)
- Familiarity with database design and optimization
