In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and maintaining robust data pipelines, working with cutting-edge technologies like Python, SQL, Databricks, and dbt. You'll champion data accessibility across the organization, building and maintaining complex data sets that power critical healthcare services.

The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of data engineering experience and a graduate degree in a quantitative field. You'll need strong proficiency in Python and SQL, along with expertise in both relational and NoSQL databases. Experience with Databricks and data warehousing concepts is essential.

We offer a competitive compensation package starting at $95,000-$105,000, plus benefits including comprehensive healthcare coverage, 401(k) with generous match, stock options, and mental health benefits. As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US while contributing to meaningful healthcare innovation.

Responsibilities For Data Engineer I

  • Champion data accessibility and empower colleagues to use data effectively
