Their current flagship product, Ledger, is revolutionizing how human service organizations (HSOs) manage their data and interact with government systems. HSOs, which collectively generate around $350B in revenue annually, currently face significant challenges with data entry and management in government platforms.

Ledger is specifically designed to address these pain points by automating data re-entry into government systems, creating intuitive collection workflows, and providing administrators with better control over data collection methods. This solution aims to significantly reduce the administrative burden on frontline staff, who currently spend 20-30% of their time on data entry tasks.

As a Founding Full Stack Software Engineer at Trestle, you'll play a crucial role in shaping both the product and the company's technical direction. You'll be responsible for rapid prototyping, working closely with the design team to define the product roadmap, and establishing development practices that will scale with the company. The position offers a competitive compensation package including both base salary ($162K-$180K) and equity (0.15%-0.37%).
