Job Description

Truelogic, a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services based in New York, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their team at the Jesuit University of New York. With a team of 500 tech talents, Truelogic drives digital disruption from Latin America to top U.S. companies.

The role offers a unique opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment at the Jesuit University of New York, which serves over 15,100 students across its four undergraduate colleges and six graduate and professional schools. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll be instrumental in shaping the university's digital transformation.

Working in two-week sprints, you'll be responsible for delivering new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for the Consumer Direct Lending instance of Salesforce. The role goes beyond pure development, requiring collaboration with business systems analysts during refinement processes and working directly with end-users and product owners to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience and holds a Platform Developer II certification. Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce Query and Search Language, Apex, Aura, and LWC is essential. Your excellent communication skills will be vital in bridging technical and business requirements.

Join a team that's making innovation happen and building products that impact thousands of users in the education sector. This role offers the chance to contribute to meaningful digital transformation initiatives while working with a leading technology services provider in the heart of New York.
