The role focuses on building cloud infrastructure for an innovative digital health company that combines AI, radar sensing, and cloud-native technologies to revolutionize chronic care management.

The position requires 7+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE, with deep expertise in AWS services, Kubernetes orchestration, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system security and compliance.

Responsibilities For Staff DevOps Engineer (AWS) - Health Care (Mexico)

  • Lead the design, implementation, and operation of cloud infrastructure for scalable, secure, and highly available services
  • Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployments across multiple environments
  • Monitor and tune production systems for uptime, performance, and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to support radar sensing, LLM workloads, and real-time communication
  • Design and enforce Infrastructure-as-Code practices with Terraform, Helm, or equivalent tools
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS), including deployments, upgrades, scaling, and debugging
  • Implement automated alerting, monitoring, and remediation workflows
  • Ensure system security and compliance through automated audits, IAM best practices, and secrets management
