The position requires 7+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE, with deep expertise in AWS services, Kubernetes orchestration, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices. Responsibilities For Staff DevOps Engineer (AWS) - Health Care (Mexico)
- Lead the design, implementation, and operation of cloud infrastructure for scalable, secure, and highly available services
- Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployments across multiple environments
- Monitor and tune production systems for uptime, performance, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to support radar sensing, LLM workloads, and real-time communication
- Design and enforce Infrastructure-as-Code practices with Terraform, Helm, or equivalent tools
- Manage Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS), including deployments, upgrades, scaling, and debugging
- Implement automated alerting, monitoring, and remediation workflows
- Ensure system security and compliance through automated audits, IAM best practices, and secrets management
Requirements For Staff DevOps Engineer (AWS) - Health Care (Mexico)
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
- Expert-level AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, ECS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch)
- Strong skills in Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration
- Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Experience with CI/CD automation
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
- Skilled in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, or Go)
- Strong Linux administration, networking, and system security knowledge
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum workflows, Git, and DevOps best practices
- Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
