Responsibilities For Staff Engineer, Provider Integrations
- Lead architectural design and development of significant software components
- Define and drive technical strategy and roadmap
- Tackle complex technical challenges involving multiple systems
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to senior and junior engineers
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and designers
- Champion and implement best practices for software development
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Stay current with emerging technologies

- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
Requirements For Staff Engineer, Provider Integrations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering
- Expert-level proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, Go, C++, Rust)
- Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, microservices architecture
- Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms and containerization technologies
- Proven ability to lead large-scale technical projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience mentoring and developing other engineers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
