Trustly, a leading fintech company revolutionizing human-centric payments, is seeking a Salesforce Automations Engineer to join their GtM Tooling team within Global Revenue Operations. The position sits within a small but powerful in-house team of experts who support crucial operations teams including Merchant Services, Customer Support, Underwriting, and KYC. As a Salesforce Automations Engineer, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining solutions that enable teams to efficiently onboard merchants, manage cases, and maintain high compliance standards.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of Salesforce development experience and should be comfortable working end-to-end on solutions, from requirement gathering to deployment. Technical expertise should include proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development, along with strong capabilities in declarative Salesforce configuration. The role requires someone who can effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities For Salesforce Automations Engineer

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions for operational workflows
  • Configure Salesforce features (flows, process builders, validation rules, custom objects)
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Support integrations with third-party systems
  • Develop and maintain APEX code, Visualforce components, and Lightning pages
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and manage data migrations
  • Drive adoption of Salesforce best practices and provide training
  • Monitor platform health and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements For Salesforce Automations Engineer

JavaScript
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Experience in gathering requirements, building, testing, and deploying solutions
  • Skilled in declarative Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
  • Detail-oriented and highly accountable
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform)
  • Proficiency in web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Proficiency in English
