Tryzens Global, a leading IT solutions consultancy headquartered in London with offices in India, Bulgaria, and Australia, is seeking a Lead Developer specializing in Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento). This role represents an exciting opportunity to join a company that has been recognized as Salesforce Commerce Cloud's EMEA delivery partner of 2017.
The position requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in Adobe Commerce (Magento) development. As a Lead Developer, you'll be responsible for leading technical initiatives, managing development teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality eCommerce solutions. The role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, requiring both strong development skills and the ability to guide and mentor team members.
You'll be working with a platform-neutral company that partners with world-leading technology providers including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, and Shopify. The role offers the opportunity to work on projects for blue-chip clients across retail, financial services, and other industries. Your responsibilities will span from technical leadership and code review to team management and project estimation.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Adobe Commerce, strong PHP development skills, and experience with modern development practices including Git version control and Agile methodologies. Responsibilities For Lead Developer - Adobe Commerce(Magento)
- Participate in discovery phase
- Provide estimation of business requirements
- Work closely with software architects and business analysts
- Assign tasks to development resources
- Review estimates with developers
- Implement efficient software development strategies
- Ensure development coding standards are followed
- Review Functional Specification Documents
- Train and integrate new team members
- Manage team members and performance
- Implement team goals and objectives
Requirements For Lead Developer - Adobe Commerce(Magento)
- At least 5 years of Adobe Commerce (Magento) development experience
- Solid understanding of web technologies, usability, and information architecture
- Understanding of platform and browser compatibility issues
- Proven experience in developing in Object orientated PHP
- Strong understanding of Object Orientated programming techniques
- Experience of GIT version control system
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Magento Enterprise (Adobe Commerce edition) preferred
- Magento Certification preferred
- PHP / Zend Certification preferred
- Experience in Jira, Agile Development preferred
- Experience using web services and APIs preferred
- Understanding of test-driven development preferred
