Freelance Videographer

Our client, a real estate company, is seeking a junior-level videographer for a long-term collaboration. The role involves creating engaging video content for YouTube and Instagram, focusing on home tours and various real estate topics. This position offers an opportunity to grow with a forward-thinking real estate team and develop a strong portfolio in real estate videography.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit high-quality home tour videos (approximately 10 minutes long) for YouTube
• Create short, engaging 1-minute videos for Instagram
• Develop visually appealing content on various real estate topics
• Collaborate with the real estate team to understand and capture key property features
• Ensure consistency in video style and quality across all content

Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in videography and video editing
• Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and video production equipment
• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Understanding of composition, lighting, and audio recording techniques
• Ability to create engaging short-form content for social media
• Basic knowledge of real estate videography best practices
