Job Description

Unify is an AI-first go-to-market technology platform helping sales, marketing, and growth teams transform growth into a science. They enable users to capture intent signals, run AI agents, and engage prospects with personalized outbound strategies within a unified system. They are generating pipeline for industry-leading companies like Airwallex, Cursor, Perplexity, Together AI, and Guru.

Unify is seeking a highly autonomous Sales Engineer to lead technical conversations, translate customer pain points into solutions, and deliver compelling demos. You'll partner with AEs to lead discovery, build custom workflows and demo environments, run pilots/PoVs, and share feedback. The role involves refining product positioning and supporting enterprise deals.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Sales/ Solutions Engineering, ideally within SaaS or GTM platforms. Familiarity with Unify’s product, RevOps tools, and scaling early-stage startups would be a bonus. The compensation for this role ranges from $190K to $210K OTE, with a base salary between $120K and $140K, along with competitive equity. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days a week in either the San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY offices. Requirements

  • Familiarity with Unify’s product, RevOps tools, and scaling early-stage startups (bonus)
