Responsibilities For ServiceNow Developer
- Utilizes technical/procedural skills to support an assigned team's work within a specified application set
- Serves as a participating member on teams tasked to develop, improve and deliver product/system elements and features
- Engages in design and development discussions
- Assists with feature/element estimation
- Creates detailed plans for migrating legacy tools and systems
- Develops and implements unit and systems testing
- Provides technical support, including troubleshooting and enhancement
- Documents processes to capture best practices
- Updates team members, manager, product owners and other stakeholders on status
- Trains/mentors junior team members
Requirements For ServiceNow Developer
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong expertise in Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and scripted integrations
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
