This role is part of UPS's initiative to build a global technology workforce that will accelerate their digital journey and engineer technology solutions to improve their competitive advantage in logistics.
The position focuses on developing and maintaining Salesforce-based solutions for customer support across multiple channels including Phone, Web, Email, Messaging (SMS), and Chat. The ideal candidate will contribute to systems analysis, design moderately complex applications, and work on integration builds.

Responsibilities For Sr. Applications Developer
- Contribute to systems analysis and design
- Design and develop moderately complex applications
- Contribute to integration builds
- Contribute to maintenance and support
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Design & build solutions using Salesforce Declarative & Programmatic Approach
- Integrate Salesforce with on-premise legacy systems and other cloud solutions
Requirements For Sr. Applications Developer
- Experience with Apex, workflow, Lightning Flows, and triggers
- Experience with Service Cloud & Service Business Process
- Experience with developing Salesforce Lightning Web Component (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce and Javascript
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile Methodology
- Understanding of Microsoft productivity suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-Motivated learner
