UPS, a global leader in logistics, is seeking a Senior Applications Developer to join their Technology Development Center in Chennai, India. This role is part of UPS's initiative to build a global technology workforce that will accelerate their digital journey and engineer technology solutions to improve their competitive advantage in logistics.
The position focuses on developing and maintaining Salesforce-based solutions for customer support across multiple channels including Phone, Web, Email, Messaging (SMS), and Chat. The ideal candidate will contribute to systems analysis, design moderately complex applications, and work on integration builds while supporting existing systems.

Requirements For Sr. Applications Developer
- Experience with Apex, workflow, Lightning Flows, and triggers
- Experience with Service Cloud & Service Business Process
- Experience with developing Salesforce Lightning Web Component (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce and Javascript
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile Methodology
- Understanding of Microsoft productivity suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated learner
