The Auto Lending Growth team is on a mission to scale Upstart's Auto Lending platform by expanding into all 50 states, integrating seamlessly with dealer systems, and delivering a compliant, high-conversion credit application experience.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Auto Lending Growth team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to execute projects across the whole stack. You're a self-starter who delivers work with quality, testability, resiliency, and maintainability in mind. You'll move efficiently and deliberately to drive both existing and greenfield projects forward, while always keeping our end users in mind.
