The Team As a member of our Servicing Engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge loan servicing platforms, implementing business process automation, and delivering intuitive user experiences for both borrowers and internal stakeholders. You'll work on ensuring smooth loan management and optimizing collections processes.

Role Impact As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll lead cross-team projects, drive both existing and greenfield initiatives, and proactively seek ways to expand impact beyond immediate tasks. You'll be expected to turn team-specific projects into opportunities to uplevel the organization's tech platform while mentoring other engineers.

Technical Environment You'll work in a microservices environment, dealing with code release, deployment orchestration, logging, instrumentation, monitoring, and alerting systems. The tech stack includes Ruby on Rails and Kotlin, operating in a digital-first, remote-friendly setting with regular in-person collaboration sessions.
