As a Senior Software Engineer on the Servicing Engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge loan servicing platforms and business process automation. The team focuses on ensuring smooth loan management, optimizing collections, and cultivating strong customer relationships while delivering an intuitive user experience for both borrowers and internal stakeholders.
You'll be expected to lead cross-team projects, drive both existing and greenfield initiatives, and proactively seek ways to expand impact beyond immediate tasks. As a technical leader, you'll work across the whole stack and think like a product manager and business owner when needed. You'll handle high-stakes calls with 3rd parties and customers while mentoring other engineers.
