The position requires 5+ years of software development experience, strong embedded systems knowledge, and excellent communication skills. You'll be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from design to implementation, while mentoring junior engineers and interfacing with customers.
Responsibilities For Software Engineer
- Technical and functional review of test specifications, SW design specifications, and SW implementation
- Develop source code following coding guidelines and MISRA standard
- Lead code reviews
- Perform module testing and static code analysis
- Maintain work products in CM database
- Ensure compliance with QA requirements and software quality processes
- Generate and implement PRs and CRs
- Participate in design reviews and project meetings
- Monitor software development activities and highlight progress/risks
- Mentor fellow engineers
- Technical leadership in workshops and customer communications
Requirements For Software Engineer
- Graduate in Electronic, Computer or Software Engineering
- Master in Engineering/SW Development (advantage)
- 5+ years Experience in SW Development
- Expert knowledge in Embedded Targets and Peripherals
- Expert knowledge in C/C++/Python programming/shell scripting
- Good knowledge of embedded software system design concepts
- Understanding of Electronics/Hardware Design
- Multi-core/SoC debugging experience
- Profiling Memory & CPU/KPI analysis skills
- Experience with source control tools, ticketing systems, and CI systems
- Experience with Agile project development
- Good communication skills
- Team player with ability to adapt
