Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS)

Valtech, a leading experience innovation company, is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS) to join their team in a remote capacity from Bulgaria. This role sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure and digital transformation, working with world-renowned brands to build and manage complex eco-systems.

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining cloud infrastructures using AWS services, working within multidisciplinary project teams alongside software engineers, QA engineers, and frontend engineers. The role involves extensive work with Infrastructure as Code (primarily Terraform), container orchestration through AWS PAAS or Kubernetes, and implementation of robust security and monitoring solutions.

The position requires 5+ years of experience as a cloud engineer in AWS, with deep knowledge of serverless services, monitoring systems, and DevOps practices. You'll be responsible for everything from setting up logging and monitoring to coaching junior colleagues and participating in 24x7 on-call rotation as an L3 engineer.
