Responsibilities For Controls Mobile Engineer

  • Diagnose and resolve complex incidents related to automated material handling systems
  • Diagnose, repair, prevent, modify, maintain, and commission Allen-Bradley PLC systems
  • Troubleshoot and optimize various bus networks
  • Analyze log data to identify and resolve potential system issues
  • Provide on-site support for troubleshooting, commissioning, and critical system maintenance
  • Maintain accurate incident documentation
  • Work with IT systems relevant to industrial automation

Requirements For Controls Mobile Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in controls technology, specifically with Allen-Bradley PLC systems
  • Strong understanding of Low-Level Controls (LLC) and industrial networking systems
  • Experience with various bus networks (Profibus, ASI bus, Profinet, TCP/IP)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
