Controls Support Engineer (ASRS – Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems)

Vanderlande, a global leader in logistics automation, is seeking a Controls Support Engineer for their ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) team. This role is part of the Service Desk within the Service Deployment Organization, supporting the operating software for customers in Airports, Warehouses, and Parcels systems.

The position offers a unique opportunity to become a technical expert in controls technology, starting with a comprehensive education program to learn low-level controls software of material handling systems. As part of a 15-person team of motivated engineers, you'll provide 24/7 support to ensure system availability for customers worldwide.

The role involves solving technical issues, analyzing problems, and implementing solutions while working with cutting-edge automation technology. You'll be responsible for incident management, system monitoring, and serving as a crucial link between different service organizations and internal departments.
