Internship: ICT Service Centre Support Engineer

Vanderlande is seeking an IT Support Engineer intern to join their ICT Service Centre team in Veghel. As part of a 10-person IT professional team, you'll be the first point of contact for colleagues worldwide, supporting approximately 10,000 workstations across various locations. The IT department consists of 5 teams managing IT infrastructure, executing projects, developing engineering tools, and managing ERP systems.

This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment where you'll handle both first and second-line IT incidents. You'll work with hardware, Windows systems, applications, and automation, making a real difference in the company's daily operations. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

The ideal candidate should be enrolled in the Dutch Education System (MBO level), have knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, and Active Directory. Experience with TOPdesk is advantageous.
