Responsibilities For Frontend Developer (React) - Core Team (Distribution Channels domain)
- Develop scalable front-end solutions using ReactJS, TypeScript, Redux, and modern tooling
- Architect monorepo solutions using PNPM workspaces, NX, and modern build systems
- Build accessible UI components using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Collaborate with design teams for pixel-perfect implementations
- Conduct code reviews and participate in merge requests
- Optimize application performance
- Lead technical migrations from legacy codebases
- Mentor team members on React best practices
- Conduct technical interviews
- Drive technical decision-making for platform evolution
Requirements For Frontend Developer (React) - Core Team (Distribution Channels domain)
- 5+ years web development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES6+
- Expert React proficiency including hooks, Redux, Next.js, and component architecture
- Modern build tools knowledge including Webpack, Vite, and monorepo management
- Design system experience with Tailwind CSS
- Full-stack capabilities with REST APIs, microservices architecture, Node.js, and Express
- Server-side rendering experience with React, Next.js, and react-router
- Internationalization (i18n) for multi-language applications
- Testing expertise with Jest and React Testing Library
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent English for effective team collaboration
